Design-build services for the rehabilitation of this 3,960 sf. historic 2-story, single-family home which stands 300 feet from Dr. King’s birth home. The purpose of this ongoing project is to restore the house to its post-1931 appearance. Work includes roof replacement with a historically correct pattern and material, repair and replacement of the paint of the original wood siding, repair and reconstruction of the front and rear porches, repair of the chimney and correction of groundwater intrusion.
