The historic Beaches Chapel was constructed in 1914 and consists of wood framing members and an off-grade floor system. Upon completion of an extensive structural inspection which encompassed the floor joists, roof system and wall systems We recommended several repairs to be made and performed the engineering design for the new foundation system for the most recent re-location of the structure. 2013 City of Jacksonville Historic Preservation Commission Award
