The Shoppes at Flagler Center is part of a larger Development of Regional Impact (DRI) consisting of office and industrial buildings, apartment units and townhomes. Project elements included site investigation and planning services, civil design, permit coordination and construction documents. Structural design for the build out of a Planet Fitness space. This project included a HVAC redesign.
